Jellowrestling (or however you spell it) could understand.

I don't think this is a venue for writing in publishable form or for contention
at the level of the Harvard debating team.

I'm just here for grins and to learn a little something. You know: Just some 'friends'
talking. I find your notes to be gratuitously unkind. And that's fine. I will
react playfully or pissedfully when I feel (attempted) skewering coming my way.

Commenting on my thinking and writing style are tending to indicate to
me that you are much more interested in style than creative thinking.
Sorry to be so negative, but it's the truth from this vantage point.

You have all you need to pretend I never existed. It's no never-mind to
me if you do. It could be, tho, if you are willing, that we could learn
from each other. Are you open to that?

Whatever this is that's going on
between us: you started it with your inane name calling.

As I said before, most of your responses to me are in reaction to your imagined notion that I post about you. I typically don't read your posts (unless they are short, so almost never), and any similarity to a response to one of your posts is merely coincidental unless specifically directed as such. I hope that makes it more clear.

So all those times you were calling me waterhead or trying to tie me to another
poster wasn't really about me.

And your comment about the trolling thread. That was nothing about me, too?

And the ones wherein I speak so strangely that you can't help but comment on that, too?

Oh, JW and RO ... you guys are a barrel of laughs. Passive aggressive whininess about
folks who aren't fit for the board? That's all in my mind and you aren't having
a ........ for me in front of your screen.

I only say so because you say not.

I think I'll go back thru the last few weeks and C&V a few your comments that
haven't been about me.

It really all boils down to this: you want to piss on anyone's parade who does
not conform to your pre-enlightenment world view ... so you call a few names
and you toss a few slurs and you make inaccurate statements about me and
what I'm up to (and you also include Castle Doctrine in your sliming ) and
I'm supposed to be copacetic with your most recent tepid response?

I've got your number and I know how you think. I'll ask you to keep to yer
freaking promise of NOT reading my notes and not not commenting on
me and mine. Thank you, sir.

(The above paragraphs were not secret emails, and they are bereft of
crabbiness.) Actually, I feel purty good now.

Good nite, JW. I'll ask you not to respond to this note but you could
probably get Flag Boy to send something lovely in your behalf.

OK .... let's look at this rationally

CD brings us an entertaining quip about atheists.

Then the follow up comments are made in this order
(and some of us posted more than once).

castle doctrine- the atheist quip
millergrovesue- a happy face
mayhem- interested bec he's wondering about atheism
big tex
gfb
and then jellowrestling- eek, eek, troll alert

And Jellowrestling warns us that Sue, or Big Tex or GFB has opened a trolling
site and, later on, he says it's nothing to do with me it's just my big head
that's running amuck. (Of course it is.)

I mean CD's joke couldn't be a typical trolling strategy, so, if JW don't
mean his pals, or sue of trolling; then who's left?

Mayhem! And mayhem doesn't like bullies.

Why don't you do it? Then we won't have to read the sniping. Sheeeeeeeesssssssssshhhhhhhhh childish. Ya don't like a topic - don't read it. Not at all necessary to jump in with nasty comments, jellow. You are better than this.

I already have. I inadvertently opened and saw this thread (I was on a different computer and wasn't signed in); my initial post was about the thread itself. Waterhead, as he often does, immediately assumed that any negative comment must have been directed towards him. Even though I said it wasn't, he was compelled to go on and on about it. I've tired of that, and I have now put him on ignoration for the third time. I really don't know why I even bother giving him another chance when he signs in with a new name: it's still the same ole' Wasserkopf.
