I played a clarinet for 8 years but I never played a carrot. LOL. I was surprised by the sound that came out of the carrot.

I was surprised at the sound also.

I think you need to find a mouthpiece and make on with your granddaughters.
I think he just used a kitchen funnel for the other end.
