Men over 100 years old sent draft notices

Over 14,000 men born from 1893-1897, were recently sent notices ordering them to register with the Selective Service.
They were all dead, the youngest would have been 117.
Even Nazi Germany drew the line at 65.

How old was Danny Partridge when he got the notice?
