Started raining here a bit before 8 am. I don't go to the pool when it's raining. I hate the 18 wheelers splashing dirty water on my windshield. But it's hard to believe...it's Texas, it's July and we have rain all morning and the high temp (according to our indoor/outdoor thermometer) was 75 degrees.
