Denver confronts a dilemma!

Denver has a problem. There's a thousand or more people living on the streets and winter is coming on. They didn't seem to worry about it before now. But, there are busloads of immigrants arriving from South America. So, Denver is leasing low occupied hotels to put them in. That doesn't look good! Immigrants living in hotels while Americans are living on the streets with winter coming on!

They tore down the 1st encampment. But, when they got there about half the people were already gone! They had folded up their tents and left during the night.
