McCarthy made a bunch of promises to get that job and agreed that he'd pay with that job if he broke those promises.

He broke all of the promises. He should have been gone months ago. Passing Democrat priorities with Democrat votes is disgraceful. Frankly, I'm surprised the Democrats didn't rally around him to save him. He's the best thing they could have wished for.

I can actually agree with that. McCarthy was willing to compromise with half of the elected officials and not cowtow to the loud-mouthed opposition.
