Where should Elon start

If Elon is going to be the head of government efficiency, where should he start?

I would suggest 3 letter agencies.

Preferably the IRS or FBI or oh hell just rebuild them all

My IRS call would be supported by my youngest

She filed electronically on the first day this year.

Only issue is she worked at Winstar for a couple of months and had to report Oklahoma income tax

She got a letter from IRS wanting more info

She supplied that info

Got another letter stating they were unable to find the table to compute Oklahoma and they would fix it.

As of today the IRS is still unable to compute her refund.
