It’s pretty obvious that Trump is throwing Gaetz and Kennedy under the bus. He knows good and well that neither one of those goofballs will be confirmed by anybody.
Kind of like the old SNL ploy of throwing in a bunch of super off-color jokes so that they can get in what they really wanted.
Trump. Integrity. Nope.
