Got some spare $$ to spend?

You could invest in this property--and finish it out just to suit yourself!!

I am amused that it is listed as a single family dwelling--but it has 55 bedrooms and 55 bathrooms!

This is near my family's property. Rumor, when the building began, was that a plastic surgeon from Houston was constructing it for his patients to use while they recovered from facelifts. Unfortunately, whoever tried to build it, forgot to check into the conditions of the land. It is in a former rice field and floods anytime there is a rainfall--hence the unfinished condition.

Lets see, its been sitting there vacant, just a shell for 14 years, I'm sure the termites or any other critters have taken up residence over this time. Every bedroom is the same 10X10, sounds more like a prison to me rather than a family residence.

Those pix show about the most unappealing house I've seen.
