If your home was being peppered with anything, toilet paper, BB's, .22 shells or water balloons. How long would you sit in your recliner and just accept it?

You seem to be obsessed with the death toll, how many deaths in your home are tolerable until you strike back?

Well, I certainly couldn't send out the air force to stop it. I'm not obsessed with the death toll. I don't even know what it is or if there even is one! Did all of those "thousands of rockets" kill anyone?

Come on Steve, if you won't even man up and admit you would defend, or not defend your own home against attack, how can we have a discussion?

Then you come back that you don't know what the death toll is. What does it matter anyway(to quote Hillary Clinton). If a person or country chooses to attack another and gets their ass handed to them, it is not the fault of the person or country that defended themselves.

Still waiting for the death toll of Israelis caused by rockets from Gaza. Comeon now, there must be at least one! Or at least someone injured, or at least somebody with an "Ouchie".

Last time I heard, which was about 4 days ago..the number was at 70.

Why is that important to you?

All I can tell you is..someone that has decided the Israelis should be disbelieved..and that Hamas is someone we should believe...is someone I feel very sorry for.

The only figure I can find is 1 Israeli death in the conflict as of 19 July. But, it's not clear it was due to a rocket. If it was it would have probably had to be a direct hit.

Why aren't you just as suspicious of Hamas as you are Israel? It is amazing. First of all, the Israeli citizens head for the shelters very quickly while Hamas makes Gaza citizens gather around the missile site so they can up the number of casualties. I saw them scrambling to the roof top with my own eyes. Israel has paid for the Iron Dome to protect their citizens. That's a HUGE difference in philosophy. Hamas WANTS casualties and those who died are declared heroes. If you can't see what Israeli's have contributed to the medical world, I can forgive you. However, you should be able to see the difference in the state of Israel (green, progress in the arts, culture, beauty) and the state of Palestine, that is unforgiveable or deliberate.

Israel wants to extend the ceasefire..Hamas says.."no way."

I'm sort of with Hamas on this one.

I am watching CBS Evening News. They reported 67 Israeli deaths, 1900+ Palestinians.

Virtually all of the Israeli deaths will be military. About 2/3 of the Palestinian deaths will be women and children.

That's because Israel puts its military in harm's way.

Hamas puts women and children in harm's way.

I guess we're supposed to feel bad that women and children died in Hiroshima and military personnel died at Pearl Harbor.
