It seems like every time he tells us, or prepares to tell us about his problem..he has the problem.

That is not his only tic, some are odd, like a sudden need to touch the wall.

When he is in a non-stressful situation, like a holiday setting where he is at peace with his surroundings you would never notice.

Stress is different to all of us, his stress may be just a new person in the room, me on the other hand can have bombs dropping and it does not affect me.

He is an impressive young man.
