My theory is that all of the talk radio boys are using the phrase "strong armed robbery" over and over because it sounds to the average person like it is something even worse than "armed robbery". That make the killing of Brown seem less serious than what it was and that he got just what he deserved. Makes it sound this 18 year old kid who was unarmed and had no criminal record was a really really bad dude. It massages their ego.

He got what he deserved, but that's because of what happened later when he assaulted a police officer and went for the officer's gun..even charged at him after the officer told him to "freeze."

There's a lot of questions about what actually happened.
We may never know. Good example of why all squad cars should be equipped with dash cams and recorders.

(ESPN)LANDOVER, Md. -- The "Hands up, don't shoot" protest has made its way to the NFL.

The Washington Redskins secondary emerged from the stadium tunnel during pregame introductions Monday night with hands raised and palms forward.

It was a show of solidarity with the people in Ferguson, Missouri, who are protesting the shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown. Eleven players took part as the team was preparing to face the Cleveland Browns.

Safety Ryan Clark said Brown "could have been any one of us. That could have been any one of our brothers, our cousins. ... When you get an opportunity to make a statement and be more than a football player, it's good."

Protesters have gathered daily in Ferguson since Brown was fatally was shot by a police officer Aug. 9.

The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.

The Associated Press has seemingly ignored its own stylebook on several occasions by referring to 18-year-old Michael Brown, who was fatally shot by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, as a “teen” or “teenager” rather than a “man.”

The official Associated Press Stylebook indicates that news reports should “use man or woman for individuals 18 and older.”

It looks on the video now that he probably paid for the cigars. The altercation with the clerk may be that he didn't have an ID on him. So, he was not guilty of shoplifting either.
