Later on, he talks about the duplicity of the CDC and Democrats. He says that the CDC says, "Hey, we're just making recommendations." Then, the Democrats make their recommendations mandates, "and there is no one more willing to do so than Speaker Pelosi." Then he says, "And then by the way, the local government Democrats who mandate that you must follow the CDC, they throw their hands up and say, 'Hey, we're just following the CDC!', and the CDC says, "Hey, we're just making recommendations", and nobody is accountable for anything."
