At one time he was requesting crime scene photos and autopsy reports. Too painful to the family to do that he was told. while true, it is evidence in the case.
This will end up like the Remington settlement. This same group sued Remington over the rifle used and how it was marketed. They were bankrupt and didn't have the money to fight it so they settled out of court. I suspect the same will happen here.
