A new report claims President Joe Biden has told people he wants former President Donald Trump to be prosecuted.

"As recently as late last year, Mr. Biden confided to his inner circle that he believed former President Donald J. Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted, according to two people familiar with his comments," the report read.

Just what Trump would be prosecuted for is unclear.

So you guys are assuming that if he's prosecuted he'll be found guilty. Fair assumption, but not too much confidence in your boy's innocence.

But Biden saying he wants him to be prosecuted doesn't mean that he wants him in prison. Sounds like one of those right-wing publication's headlines. Trying to stir up people who don't really think intelligently.

If he's prosecuted, and found innocent of a criminal offense, he'll go free. But....if he's guilty..... there's that.
