The Red Raiders kicked a last second field goal to beat Kansas at home by 3 pts and the kicker was from Richardson.
Oh, and happy Veterans Day.

Congrats BT!
There is no bad peace and there are no good wars
Re: Congrats BT!
Don't keep up much with Richardson alumni now that the kids are college graduates and doing their own thing.
We almost had one interesting personal showdown involving the high school football playoffs. But it involved the bands, not the football teams. My son was a drum major at RHS and is now an assistant band director at Allen High School. Another former RHS drum major is now an assistant band director at Richardson Berkner. If both schools won their bi-district playoff games they would have played each other in the next round. Allen advanced but Berkner did not. So no battle of the bands.

We had a free breakfast for vets at the Fort Collins Senior Center this morning. I met a guy who was in the Korean War!

They had a veterans event at the Richardson Senior Center on Wednesday but I had a dental appointment that I had already rescheduled once.
