Mush brain Joe is ready to debate the Don.

Just a couple of things.

His campaign is demanding big guardrails for Biden, including:

- No audience.
- No RFK Jr.
- No Trump remarks during Biden's answers.
- Only Biden-friendly outlets & anchors can moderate (from CBS, ABC, CNN or Telemundo).

What else would Joe need to win a debate.

Trump should be made to wear headphones while Joe is mumbling.

No mention of border, economy,or polling.

Joe gets to use a teleprompter and google.

Joe can use a pinch hitter.

Bottom line Joe won't debate.

It took Joe six takes to even suggest a debate in a 14 second clip.

The Biden campaign is officially abandoning the Presidential Debates Commission.

For months, the campaign has been setting the stage for Joe Biden's potential refusal to engage in any presidential debates while simultaneously laying the groundwork to blame Donald Trump for it — even though Trump has been calling on Biden to debate the entire time. Now, the campaign says it will not participate in the three planned debates for the fall, set up by the Commission on Presidential Debates

It's possible that the edits were intentional to give the video a certain look. But IMO that was a poor choice because it looks like he couldn't get through the whole thing in one take.
