How you look after a bad cop encounter

Postby Sangersteve » Mon Jun 24, 2024 8:57 am

A 60 year old woman was filming cars being towed in Fort Worth on Saturday night.

She asked how the two female police officers knew they were parked illegally, since the payment is made via a QR code, an app, or by text.

She was ignored by cops.

She tried to get them to answer her question.

Suddenly she was approached by a male cop, told she was under arrest and slammed to the concrete.

One female cop says she's bleeding.

The male cop has been fired for excessive force before being hired by Ft. Worth. His discipline record has been sealed by the courts

That's hilarious

How would you feel if your wife was injured like that for the crime of asking a cop a question?

You’re right. That was in bad taste. But I feel there is probably more to the story.

I did leave something out

He told her to leave

She asked why

He said she was under arrest

Then slammed her on the concrete

One local channel has picked up the story.

I generally support law enforcement but there's no place for stuff like this. Vermont taxpayers on the hook because a cop had to show he was in charge.

A $175,000 settlement has been reached in the lawsuit of a Vermont man who said he was arrested after giving an officer the middle finger, the American Civil Liberties Union said Wednesday.
