The View asked, "If anything, would you have done something differently than President Biden during the past four years?"
KAMALA: "There is not a thing that comes to mind."
She thinks everything is just peachy.

Yes I am. What would you do differently?

I would have left the border closed, for one.
She was in charge of that one and messed it up.
US President Joe Biden has put Vice-President Kamala Harris in charge of controlling migration at the southern border following a big influx of new arrivals.
Mr Biden said he was giving her a "tough job" but that she was "the most qualified person to do it".
The numbers of people arriving have grown since Mr Biden took office.

As the VP, I don't think that she was the decider on the border. She's really not the decider on anything.
Trump closed the border due to Covid. At least that's what he said. Once Covid slowed down the border re-opened. Just like the US/Canadian border. Would Trump have done the same thing? Who knows.

When did the border re-open?

Using the National Academies’ estimate of immigrants’ net fiscal impact by education level, we estimate that the lifetime fiscal drain (taxes paid minus costs) for each illegal immigrant is about $68,000, although this estimate comes with some caveats.
• Illegal immigrants make extensive use of welfare. Based on government data, we estimate that 59 percent of households headed by illegal immigrants use one or more major welfare programs, compared to 39 percent of households headed by the U.S.-born.
• Based on their use rate of major welfare programs, we estimate that illegal immigrants receive $42 billion in benefits, or about 4 percent of the total cost of the cash, Medicaid, food and housing programs examined in our study. However, this is only a rough approximation due to limitations in the data.

If you can't see the increase in illegals in that chart from 2020 till now, I can't understand it for you.
The study listed is from "Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy", a left-leaning, nonprofit think tank.
They might just be leaving out a few facts.
The simplest would be the money given to them by taxpayers, they then return so of that via local taxes.
