Taking a swig of olive oil at night may have health benefits. Olive oil contains oleic acid, which helps your body release melatonin, the hormone that controls your sleep-wake cycle1. Countries where olive oil is a staple have lower rates of heart diseases, hypertension, and strokes2.

Olive oil is an age old remedy for a lot of afflictions.
Trump Defender Syndrome (TDS) may be one of those afflictions.

A few years ago, I had a delicious meal from Chef Point in Watauga that was tossed with olive oil. It made a very effective, but unnecessary & unexpected laxative.
I feel like I'm parked diagonally in a parallel universe.

I’ve been wanting to visit Chef Point but haven’t made it yer.

I prefer Avocado oil. It has no taste and it’s a higher temp oil than most of the others.

They moved to Colleyville sometime ago on 121, north of Glade Rd. We need to go back there sometime, too.

We went to the one in Colleyville a couple of times (while the old location was still open). We didn't think it was as good. Maybe that's changed.
Pizza Buzz is in the old location: they have fantastic pizza. They ferment their dough for up to 72 hours, and it practically melts in your mouth. Their prices are reasonable.
