I think things may be worse than we realize

USAA, the military insurance company in San Antonio, is in trouble. I have been a member since I joined the Air Force in 1963! Currently, all I have is car insurance. I noticed the last time I called them they didn't sound the same. No friendly chatting. All business.

Now this:
