I've read an alternate history book about this occurring. The Germans lost because almost every American was patriotic and owned firearms.

I guess the Kaiser hadn't seen Harlem first hand, or Boston Harbor area, he would have changed his mind if he had. Otherwise,its a big Ho-Hum to this story, it is afterall 2014 isn't it ?
