Why bring it up ?

You mention Brinker frequently - who is a Market Timer.

You reject Market Timing, generally.

Then you say how you are looking forward to a 10% drop, which would be a good thing only if you want to get back in.

Hoping to buy in at a desirable price level is not what people mean by "market timing."

Market timing is attempting to get out and then back in..and being right both times.

That's not something I wish to try.
