Dick Morris believes Scott Walker can win.

This is bad news for Walker.
Dick Morris has never been right. He has an uncanny ability to be wrong.
One can make a good living betting against Morris' predictions.

Not only should you NOT take what Dick Morris says to the bank, you should run from the bank as quickly as you can.

This sounds bad for Walker. Morris' predictions have been comically bad in the past. I believe Fox even dumped him as a contributor over it.
