a wonderful morning

Postby grouchy » Sat Mar 14, 2015 9:04 am

For the first time in several weeks it was not miserably cold when I let the dog's out around 5:30. I put on a flannel jacket, filled a thermos with Irish coffee and got in the porch swing to enjoy the sunrise.

A good pipe, coffee and the sunrise is a wonderful thing.
I hope everyone has a good day.

Glad you are enjoying the day. :)

53 degrees misting heavily with 50% chance of rain out here. Not exactly sitting on the porch weather. Bob's off bicycling in Sulphur Springs. I'm working on our own website and doing some consulting on a new client's site.

Am also trying to think up something different to do with boneless skinless chicken breasts for dinner. Tired of the same recipes.

I just checked our 10 day forecast. The next sunny day is scheduled for Monday, March 23. :(

Did ya check to be sure you're still living in Texas? ;) Think I've said it before but after 2011 I swore I'd never complain about rain again. But, it's been so cloudy for the past month or more that the sunshine we had one day last week actually looked strange.
