Small grocery 10 miles away, major store 50 miles; still is about 15 steps back in the shinnery :)

I hope so Bill, I have seen a few around the compound, but not many.

In the town ten miles away or so I saw a Jackrabbit hopping across 2nd street in the middle of the afternoon.

Would the name of the closest town be too dang nosy? Drove the road from here to turkey and back lots of times, that part of the brazos river bottom is great, a big rain just fills the holes and leaves the land pretty much alone. With a little work, enough river water to grow a heck of a garden.
