I realize that..but he failed..and so did Goldwater.

I just believe until Reagan stood up and defined it, as President...Conservatism was unclear, and therefore didn't go very far.

It was defined forever when he beat a sitting President in a landslide.

What this country needs is a great big wakeup call. And boy are we about to get it!

Someone posted an audio or text piece of Rush's show a week or two ago. I read/listened to part of it only to realize, yet again, why I quit listening to him years ago. The man is mean spirited - making fun of things people can't help ie. wrinkles and "cankles" - is not funny. It's mean and offensive. Giving nasty nicknames to opponents is lame, trite, and stupid. Rush isn't an "lovable little fuzzball". He's a below the belt hitter who reveals his true hateful nature in what is supposed to be comedy and information. He, in no way, speaks for people like me.

I stopped listening to Rush back when he had his TV show. It didn't last long.
Clinton was in office. Limbaugh said he had a picture of the White House dog and held up a picture of Chelsea.
She was a little kid at the time.
I had no use for the Clintons, then or now, but it took a low-life to attack a child.

ElRushbo is the best , even if he is mean and nasty once in awhile means nothing although I disagree with making fun of bigshots [any] kids and their looks . That 'one' example aside , well 'cankles' is mean and nasty with the policies that she advocates and with the work and lies [Benghazi] that she has done . 'Dingy harry' is dirty and he is a liar and I have no sympathy [Romney taxes] for his injury when his treadmill attacked him .

Mean spirited when they throw a guy named ' Nickula Nickula' in jail for a year and mrobamas people , Susan rice and 'Cankles' try to claim that 'Nickula' started the riots in Egypt and Libya with a film made in the USA .

I also quit listening to rush and I only did when my husband had him on the radio in the car. That man is really going to break his arm patting himself on the back. It'll be a "repetitive motion" injury! So, I took a Walkman when we took trips together. Now my husband is disgusted with him and has been for awhile. Peace in the car at last. Rush can be just plain mean and silly.

Obama got elected like they all do with a whole lot of money. But, remember, he followed the worst president since Nixon. Anybody the Democrats ran was going to win. But, why is that a conspiracy? It's what you would expect to happen.

well , I have no use for any 'bush' but GWB was not bad except for one big issue and that's an issue I take personally but he wasn't a bad president on most issues and fronts . Economy was fine for people that used their brains , wars were being won no matter if you agreed with the reason for the war or not . USA was still respected and feared because 'gwb' would take enemies 'dead or alive' . Israel knew who its friend was and so did England .
