I just read that the Apple watch won't work on a tattooed wrist.
I believe these watches start at over $500.
I just bought an $8.00 watch at Walmart. I don't have any tattoos , but I'll bet my house this watch will work on any wrist.
Technology is many times a step backwards. I think this is several steps back.
Apple watch?

Some people can't wait to prove that they have more money than sense.
Re: Apple watch?
..and the Apple watch is not about a "watch" to keep time.
The IPhone 6 is not about a phone.
These are both incredibly complex computers.

Yep. Meanwhile more than 5,000 have died in Tibet. I'm thinking that $500 would be put to good use in the disaster recovery efforts.

I guess well see folks walking around mumbling "tick...tick...tick"
Re: Apple watch?
The part that tattoos interfere with has to do with the watch being able to respond to skin the way it was designed to.
You can have it "tap" you when you get a call or message. Also things like blood pressure can be monitored. Tattoos mess with all that.
I wouldn't be too concerned about people with tattoos on their arms and wrists needing, wanting or buying Iwatches.
