nigerian restaurant , downtown 'Los Angeles'

I think , 10 people arrested , human heads found in plastic bags !! --- http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... eding.html --- reported by Daily Mail and I HEARD that the restaurant was next door to Klift0ns Cafeteria which I think is across the street from the L.A. Downtown open air market !!

This happened in Nigeria, according to what I read but do not fully believe. The report was in the Daily Mail in England, which seems to be the equivalent to the National Inquirer in this country.

It was a year-old report that was apparently false, and that the BBC for some reason resurrected.
