yep , same here , had it made , American as heck . Everything seems to be being restructured and changed as promised . I Share concerns for kids but they'll get used to it I suppose . interesting comment on the Greatest Generation BT . Interesting , I was getting phone call by some claimed to be government agency , probably about 2007 . The claimed agency was asking personal questions , told me that I had to answer , forget what it was . Got a few of these calls . Anyway , I pretty much told them to drop dead and that they worked for me rather than me working for them . Maybe it was some kind of tyranny takeover survey , see the percentage of the population that was bendable and weak . Just a personal experience .

Those words are very hollow, given that he was the author of yesterday's majority opinion. Yesterday's Obamacare decision had absolutely nothing to do with the Constitution.

It wasn't supposed to have anything to do with the constitution.
The only issue was an interpretation of the law itself.

I don't believe the Federal Govt. has any constitutional authority regarding marriage. It is a religious matter and the Fed Govt. is expressly forbidden by the constitution to interfere. If states want to enact marriage laws they are entitled. If people don't like them they can oppose them or move.
