I don't get it. Apparently the case that the Supreme Court ruled on involved an ex-cop who blatantly lied about what he was going to do with a gun after purchase. Does the ruling in this case change the gun purchase law from what it was before?

The Court did nothing to stop me from opening my safe and gifting a firearm to my son.

"straw purchases" are an issue and Sarah Brady did it once
