It isn't my view or interpretation. Homosexuality is forbidden in the Bible. You or I may or may not like this, but that is what is written.

Ain't in mine and mine aren't the "new" versions. And of course that raises the eternal question of how many of the Biblical rules/commandments/injunctions have we all broken?? Boring subject that has been covered, hashed, discussed, to death. No one has the be all and end all last word but God and we won't know the answers till we stand before Him. Our job on Earth is to love others regardless.

Just a suggestion - Try reading a few more Bible translations........particularly those that are closer to literal translations from ancient texts. You will find the destruction of Sodom was not about what you think it was about.

hey Sue , hey , I'm not throwing out bible quotes . I don't know enough about the bible except that the bible has been altered in some translations to accept homosexuality . Still , not me talking about bible quotes although I agree with the poster that mentioned the bible . As far as 'sodomy' well , sodomy has been around forever . As far as I know sodomy in homosexual relations or any relations is not supposed to be accepted by Christians as being normal or acceptable . -------------- AND , as an example of information being altered or revised because of politics , checkout some medical information that said the 'homosexuality' was not normal into the early 1970s . Course , that medical judgment was changed in the 70s due to political correctness Sue .
