My buddy in Denton handles maintenance on 1400 rentals. You can not imagine the amount of good usable stuff the graduates walk away from. I don't think they teach economics in school anymore.
From complete sets of furniture to computers, which they lock with clever passwords that can be broken easily, to it seems like all of their clothes.
