The avarage American voter

Postby Sangersteve » Wed Aug 19, 2015 6:44 pm

I am so tired of hearing that phrase.

Most who utter it seem to do it with a bit of an air of superiority.

Hell, I am the avarage American voter. I encounter both sides of the debate, now I will admit that in my circle of friends and associates, the view from the right outnumbers the left.

Most of the conversation centers around the status quo in federal government, nothing of any substance changes, oh it is true that the Obama crew has knocked us back a mile deeper when it comes to social issues. The same ideas come from the same leaders they just change the wording a bit. Our side has no gumption for standing up for real values, and the left takes advantage by giving away the goods of the store to those who least qualify for it while taking away from those who fund it.

I think we need a top down approach in government, a president who will set the tone to run the government like a business, and new top leaders who will follow that message.

Even democrats are starting to back slowly away from Obama and Hillary. Schumer and Menendez come to mind. Hillary may get away will emailgate or she might get charged with some minor infraction that Obama will erase with his famous pen and phone.

I want a bomb thrower in the Whitehouse, someone who will throw a kink into the entrenched lawmakers.

I want(in no particular order) Carly, Cruz, Trump or Carson in the lead position. You might counter with "electability", I say bunk. Those I mentioned may not have the bonafides of a seasoned politician, but they are all smart successful and quick learners.

I will vote for whoever is nominated, because my rooster has more sense than 99% of the democrats, but I still want a person with personal integrity and a willingness to follow what the avarage American voter wants them to do and not bow down to the go along to get along crowd.

Give me a tempest in a tea cup over warm milk anytime.
It's a joke son,I say a joke

I think it's interesting that Ann Coulter says of Fiorina, "I now hate her with the hot hate of a thousand suns", because of her position on immigration. I mentioned that to my wife, and she pointed out, "They are very careful to avoid having her say anything about immigration."

Ann Coulter is getting on my last nerve lately. Can you say "strident?"

fiorina did a speech right after '9 11' on muslims . She sounded like mrobama as she praised muslim civilization . I used to like 'fiorina till I read that speech . Also hear that she was a bad 'ceo' of 'hp' , heck she was fired . Anyway , I won't support 'fiorina' , I like Ann Coulter views concerning immigration . Especially like what I've heard her say about her recent book 'adios america' . I agree with what I have heard her say .

Or maybe she's just the political pundit version of Donald Trump.

Fiorina was very critical of Ted Cruz when he tried to defund Obamacare. That's reason enough to scratch her off my list.

Has been on my dislike list for several years.
