Real estate has nothing to do with the potential overvaluation of stocks.

We are in a a zero inflation environment..the Fed is trying to stimulate a small amount.

Rapid growth means..in the economy..we have anything but that.

The Fed has not and is not raising rates.

This thread reminds me of a stock market guru who used to be on local radio.
Every morning he would say something like 'I knew the market would be down (or up) yesterday. I just didn't know how much'

He seemed too stupid to realize that a person who knew in advance the daily direction of the market would be the richest man in the world.

It's about probabilities. It's also about manipulation since we are a fiat money economy controlled by a central bank that answers to nobody but itself. At some point even creating unlimited amounts of money and credit will fail.

Where here did anyone attempt to predict where the market was going?..short term or long?

Here is my market prediction. The market will go up on Monday.
