Here's a good 'un, but I can't boil it down. You'll have to hit the link if you want to read it.

We need to balance getting involved in Shia vs Sunni fight with not allowing a new hotbed of Islamic Terrorism; and the Kurds need their own State.

We should have broken up Iraq into three or four states in 1992 or 2003.

Maybe a fair sized meteorite or alien invasion is what is needed over there.

I read just as far as to where it started talking about the "Syrian Uprising". That's all it took to realize I was reading horseshit. Why believe that somebody that totally has it wrong on Syria will have it right on Iraq?

There is some good news from Lillie in Syria. The terrorists that occupied the Armenian village of Kassab near her home have been ejected. During the occupation, they killed 88 residents, beheading 13 of them. A lot of the residents fled except for 22 very elderly people. They were herded into a single room with nothing but a concrete floor where they were held for 14 days. Trucks showed up and emptied all of the homes of valuables which were trucked away, presumably over the border to Turkey. All of the churches were set on fire and gutted includeing the 175 year old Armenian cultural center which had just been refurbished.
And this is the war we are supposed to believe is an uprising against the evil Bashar al-Assad who was just reelected president with over 70% of the vote!
