Did you bother to notice that on your own list that the top 18 cities for homicide are in gun control countries? As a matter of fact did you notice that 46 of the top 50 cities are in gun-control countries that have much smaller populations than the US. And did you further notice that the numbers of deaths in these cities are up in the high-hundreds or 1000's until you get to the top-rated US city, #19, St. Louis, with a comparitively paltry 159 homicides?

Can't just look at the numbers Steve; you have to think.

Anyone who wants gun control need go no further than south of the border to see what it will get you; an unarmed population that lives in fear while crimals wield the finest weapons money can buy. Mexico homicide rate 14.7\100K in 2014; US homicide rate 4.3\100K in 2014.

For the mouth breathers, that's 350% higher homicide rate in Mexico (gun-control country) than in the US (Right to bear arms country).

Starting to get it?

Except for Acapulco, your safer in any city in Mexico that you are in St. Louis or Detroit.
