I miss being able to buy wine coolers that were actually made of wine. Now days they are all basically flavored beer and WAY too sweet.

Pretty easy thing to make right at home..any way you like it.

I drink my wine straight..but add a little 7 up or whatever suits you..and there you go!

I used to make them pretty frequently. Had a horse who loved 'em. I added squeezed fruit to sweeter wines. Now I can't stand sweet wine.

Fitzroy, you've been a busy bumper, haven't you? :D

Indeed. The place needed a little sprucing up. ;)

Spruce away!

Hummers have been gone for more than a week. I finally bleached and put away all my feeders when I decided there would be no more stragglers. Waiting for next April. :D

I buy them at Wal-Mart (or the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market). They are the same price as the nasty corn syrup stuff.

We had 2 females late yesterday afternoon. Maybe they came from Miller Grove? I'll wait a bit longer.

PAYDAY bars with salt. At our skating rink, we sold Sasparilla. The local Coke bottler (remember local soft drink bottlers?) made it for us. I never found it anywhere else. Carl's Jr/Hardee's used to make an A-1 Steakhouse Burger that was very good. I love Bleu cheese on a burger.
I feel like I'm parked diagonally in a parallel universe.

Yep, I remember local bottlers. Our Coke bottler was right by Treaty Oak. They had glass walls. We could watch the Coke bottles travel the conveyor from outside the building.

Greg...I am looking for something I can buy when I'm out. Not looking to be making wine coolers.

And why would anyone think flavored beer is a good idea? Yeah, I know - we're going around in circles.

I was in Walmart after church yesterday (it was very brave of me, for sure). I purposely went down the candy section. I found Circus Peanuts. I picked up the bag and they were like ROCKS, they were so hard. That better be a very fine Christmas present to eat those! Needless to say, I put them back on the shelf.
