Grubb Treatment
I haven't done it yet. Is it too late?

I have heard a saucer of beer will do the trick?
Re: Grubb Treatment
Too late for grub treatment?..you mean... lunch?
If you’re “woke”..you’re a loser.

I think it is supposed to be 6 weeks after the June bugs swarm..........I'll check and get back.

Steve--you were talking about grubs in the lawn, not on cattle, right?
If it is lawn-first check and see if you really have a problem.
I think that turning the grass in a 12" block --count and see if you have more than 1 or 2. If you have an infestation, then it is worthy of treating.
Mid summer is the time to treat. I don't think this is too late, especially since there does not seem to be a lot of June Bugs this year. (at least over here)

From Neil Sperry's site:
July (Aug-Oct) is the only time of year when it makes any sense to treat white grubs. ”

Re: Grubb Treatment
I had the Scotts grub treatment done and the armadillos are still tearing up my yard looking for grubs. I guess they are too stupid to remember that they have been here before and not found anything.

You need to trap the armadillos and drop them off somewhere far away from your house.
Re: Grubb Treatment
I trapped one a couple years ago and it tore the trap up and was gone. I'm assuming that's what I caught. I don't think a cat or possum or raccoon cold have done that damage.
I have a neighbor in the next block that has hired some company to trap the armadillos. I heard she was paying them $600. I'm hoping she has luck in getting rid of them. I can't afford that kind of fee.

I've trapped 2 or 3....they did not tear up the trap. I could see a raccoon tearing up a trap before an armadillo.
Re: Grubb Treatment
We have moles and gophers out here like crazy. They must be getting run off the golf course.
We use Sevin granules. It seems to have slowed them down some. I always find a lot of dead grubs after I put it down. I have tried all of the mole ideas out there. This is the only one that seems to make them move elsewhere.

Oh, yeah? Relocate all of them to Zephyr's place.
