Ever have an acquaintance --loose touch--and wonder where they are living?

I use this site when I wonder, "How old is he/she?"
I learned a neighbor is in her 90s and I would have never dreamed she was that old.

Re: Finding a person
Are you disturbed because:
* I was curious
* I acted upon my curiosity or
* I admitted it?
I'm sorry if my curiosity offends you.

Not offended, was mostly joking so lighten up. Does seem a little "stalkerish" though.
Re: Finding a person
That is weird, I put myself in and was able to see where I live. Know I know where I live, my spouses name and My Late Father's name too.
Just kidding guys.

I don't think it's disturbing that you looked...I've looked for classmates before....
I think it's disturbing that you found it easily with so much info. We are all an open book on the internet now, aren't we.

Both of those search sites have the same incorrect info listed when I looked up my wifes name.
It's ok if you disagree with me.

Re: Finding a person
Everyone cries, "The internet made us loose our privacy." But, before the 'net, there was a publication named City Directory. It listed everyone--name, address, age, occupation. The directory could be found in most public libraries. I recall looking up myself in the 60s and wondering how the publisher found the occupation of the people listed. It had me and my husband and the info was correct.
This site gives the names of your neighbors

It was sent to me with "use this to find addresses for your party"

Re: Finding a person
Worst summer job I ever had was as an enumerator for the City Directory. Going door to door. People were a little more forthcoming with personal information then. Some people thought I was with the phone company and tried to order new phone service.

Zabasearch is the best one. It gives addresses, phone numbers + other stuff.
