The worst body styles for all American cars was about '59-'60, garish excess to the max. All the companies had restrained and tasteful styles in 1955 and 1956.

59 and 60 were two of my favorite years..especially the Chrysler Imperial.

I got 86%, but I cheated. I still have a 1956 Belair 2 door hdtp so I get to see some of the old cars more often.

I thought the 55 Belair was the coolest car I ever saw. My dad bought a 57 which I really liked but not as much as the 56. My first care was a blue 60 Biscayne.
Everyone thought it looked like an Air Force staff car.

I really liked the 58 Cheby Biscayne , should be BelAire . The farmer up the road would pick me up once in a while when I was hitch hiking home from school . I also liked my DADs company car , a 63 Plymouth , think it was a Belvedere with push button tranny and a huge V8 , think it was a 440 . Still , didn't do too good on the test although I know them all , I was a motorcycle guy from a very early age !!

I have the old GM cars down cold, and do pretty well on the old Ferds, Chryslers are a challenge. :) c

I scored 83, I too had problems with Chrysler products, mostly the because of the Desoto's looked like the Packards. Aced the Fords and GMs.

I thought for sure I'd get the DeSotos & other Mopars mixed up, but I nailed them. I confused the '60 Pontiac & Olds. Now if they had a quiz with today's cars, I doubt I would get even one right.

I got 30%, and was mostly guessing. I recognized the Imperial and the Rambler, but that was about it. Before my time.

I still remember going to Daddy's drive in for lunch in High school in my buddy's 57 Chevy convertible, and cruising in my best friend's 56 Chevy 2 door back in the day. Those were both great cars!
