Not interested - and I was in the Navy.

I fear #1 son will come home with one someday. We've told him if he gets one he's paying for it.

Heard a story about a year ago concerning a young guy who has, through his (I believe) PhD dissertation has invented a salve that can completely remove tattoos. One of its components is a cancer drug.

I don't recall much more about it that this, but that kid is going to be mega-rich someday.

My dumb-ass 1/2 brother got a tattoo of a guitar on his arm that looks like a child drew it; I mean it really looks cartoonish. He has regretted it since the day he got it about 25 years ago. It's not often you are forced to see the results of a momentary mistake the rest of your life, but in this case it is true.

My wife has four little tattoos on her left leg.

She got them at Memorial Sloan Kettering as markers
so they could get an exact target for her radiation
therapy. (She had a soft tissue sarcoma of the
upper left thigh.)

That was 11 years ago and those four marks are
beautiful ... most mornings I see them when she
explodes out of the shower.

Does permanent make-up count? If so, yes I have tattoos

Both sons have them....one is kind of a chain around his upper arm The other has a one, too.

Grandson has a cross on his chest (the reason he wore a tee shirt in our pool for a month. He didn't know I could see through it. :D

Not yet. I've told her if I see her wasting money on tatoos, I'll assume she can buy all her own clothes and shoes. Same thing goes for the fake nails.
