I don't know what happened

Got a vague message from the hosting company. Something about spam, didn't really specify what. Had a 1 hour circular conversation about what to do.

They said fix it, I said I can't get to it to fix it, they said fix it, etc,etc,etc.

So anyway they turned it back on and I deleted non activated users, 100% spam accounts, and disabled registration.

I still have no idea what was wrong and they have a real problem with communication, hours between answers.

May just move it to a new host.
