Of course, the government would have to accept such a deal.

Black juries. There will be at least 3 or 4 on the jury. All it takes is one favoring Price for a mistrial.
If you remember, they tried Price 25 years ago in front of a jury and couldn't get a conviction.

Price refuses to talk about a plead. Even yesterday his attorney said he would not plead because he felt he had done nothing wrong.

I think they have an uphill battle ever getting him in prison.

Don Hill wasn't the race card artist that Price is and he didn't have the hard core following that Price has.
They may be able to convict Price, but I think they will cut a deal with him before it goes to trial. He'll probably wind up with a $200,000 fine and a year or two with an ankle bracelet.
